Local tools
Team names and round entries remain in this browser’s local storage. The scorebook does not send them to the server. Reset clears the saved record after confirmation; downloaded CSV files remain where you save them. Meld filters and transition states use temporary page memory and reset on reload.
Enquiries and sessions
The PHP contact form stores name, email, message and time. Administrators may review, edit or delete messages. A salted IP hash supports rate limiting; session cookies protect forms and administrator login. The operator should publish actual contact details and a retention policy before accepting public enquiries.
External and optional services
Share links open a platform with the public site URL; no social tracking widgets are embedded. Visitors complete sharing there. Analytics is off by default and a configured map contacts Google only when loaded. The operator must update this notice and applicable consent handling if services are enabled.
